VAPAWS along with Back Country Ski and Sport, and Dr. David Wallace have sent a combined donation of $500 to purchase dog booties and doggie first aid kits to be sent to New York City Canine Search and Rescue Units. Our donation along with others resulted in 150 sets (4 paws) and numerous F/A Kits being delivered by police escort to "Ground Zero" on Friday afternoon!
